GENERAL CBD INFORMATION
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of over 100 cannabinoids found within the hemp plant. It’s a naturally occurring substance, which has been extracted and mixed with a carrier oil for easy intake. Read more about it in our beginner’s guide here.
There’s no such thing as the perfect CBD dosage—at Vitality CBD, we try to help you find the right dosage for you. We recommend starting at 70mg a day, before adjusting your dosage each week to find the right level.
CBD is not a psychotropic chemical, which means even a greater application won’t get you high.
All reports undertaken suggest that CBD is safe and well-tolerated. To date, there is no evidence of recreational use of CBD or any public health related problems associated with the use of CBD.
CBD products are also legal within the IE. Since CBD isn’t psychotropic, it’s actually legal across the majority of European countries.
Accounting for the suggested daily intake, one bottle typically lasts for 30 days of continual use.
